excellent but improvements needed "as a hand warmer it is really excellent, like having a warm beach pebble in your pocket. but it could greatly be improved in design in having a/ some locking system on the on button, as it changes heating mode very easily while just being handled - especially in a pocket. set it on level 1 and without much handling it can change to level 2, 3, or 4 - which means its power then lasts a shorter time before needing recharging. and while it is inside a mitten or pocket this unwanted heating level change is of course unseen and unknown. it could also benefit from having some rubber plug/cover to stop pocket and glove fluff from getting in the usb ports, there is no protection from that, the usb ports are just open/exposed. but as a hand warmer im very satisfied with the product - i have two of them. but please upgrade them Lifesystems, they could be better." — Rory L. Toasty! "I love these hand warmers. I use one when walking. It quickly warms up and keeps my hands toasty. I slip it into my glove and it is a lovely shape to grip.
