Great little kit "I use this as I find it the perfect size and weight for city type travel. Fits in my "man bag" so I always have it with me when I'm wandering around. The contents are a good start but I always like to add items and replace less used ones. I also add some basic medication (pain relief, antihistamine, upset stomach relief etc. ). But very happy with this kit" — John S. (5/5)
Really small portable essential kit "The kit is really small and compact. It is ideal for cycling. The paunch is just big enough to accommodate few other items which are not provided . I have added these 1. Pain killers 2. Eye wash in small containers 3. Additional bandage 4. Wound closure strips" — Maciej J. (5/5)

I got this kit for mountain "I got this kit for mountain biking. I needed a lightweight kit that would put up with being stuffed in with tools, bashed about, soaked in rain and possibly mud and easy to use when needed. On our third day in the Alps in France, one of our guys hit a rock on a down hill section turning his front wheel into a Pringle and cutting the bridge of his nose badly. Out with the kit, cuts and surrounding area cleaned, flaps of shin re-positioned and taped in about five minutes. We got him off the mountain (he is ex-Navy and made of steel!) and into a doctor in about an hour. He returned to us later with eleven stitches in. Great kit and I got the top up pack with it. I like the size and contents for biking - lightweight and easy to use" — Roraigh A. (5/5)
