Handy and useful piece of kit. "We wanted to enhance one of our Lifesystems first aid kits. This product, being larger makes it much easier to do that." — Graham M. (5/5)
Deceptively Spacious "Perfect size for keeping in daysack for treks, with plenty of space for all the essentials." — Katy O. (4/5)
As described and well constructed "I have another "Solo Traveller" kit from Lifesystems but wanted to get a smaller bag as I felt the size of that was fairly unnecessary. This is (imo) a perfect size for a personal first aid kit - fitted some creams, a small amount of medication, basic tools and anti-bac bits and bobs, bandages dressings and plasters. Not much in the way of seperate compartments (just two) - but for the size I feel this is adequate. Really like the fact that you can fit a normal sized pen in it too. Would recommend!" — Jordan F. So been using this for 6 "So been using this for 6 years now. Used Trek and Pocket before, but ever growing list of what I wanted to carry. With this case I have the basic first aid items along with trauma bandage and few other bits. Physically it lasted 5 years before parts started to wear and fall off. Now 6 years and needs replacing. Overall good and works well and would buy again. A few points, in my opinion, that could be improved - the outside pocket is a nice idea, I keep gloves there for quick easy access but with a full case can be hard to access anything in there and I find myself not bothering and just opening the case up for gloves. Perhaps either remove the external pouch and increase the overall size just a tiny bit and/or put the external pouch as a quick access via a velcro pouch rather than zip for easy/quick access." — Nick (4/5)
SO had the case for about 5 "SO had the case for about 5 years now. It is good and solid, well made. But after 5 years starting to wear and will need to be replaced this year. What I would like to see is different size options. I would like a bigger version." — Nick (4/5)
Review of First Aid Case by Shaun Dutton "Well made case with well thought out compartments... However i thought it would be bigger than at was... i wanted something about the size of the Mountain Leader case to put my own first aid kit in but it is considerably smaller and thinner so i had to send it back for a refund." — Shaun D. Review of First Aid Case by Pete E "I'm a fencing coach, this bag is always by my side, just in case. Only 4 stars because I wish it were a little larger but not as large as the other bags on sale. Yes, picky I know." — Pete E. (4/5)
Review of First Aid Case by jingles "I am just buying a replacement for my first one. We use it for carrying epi pens and anti histamine. It has been everywhere with us for the past 7 years or so and the zip has just gone." — Jingles (4/5)
