great compass, great value "I was looking for a compass with a large magnifier so I can avoid reading glasses on the mountain. The only similar baseplate compass cost many times as much (it is for orienteering, for which I use a thumb compass). Scales for UK grid references are nice." — Rob (5/5)
Pretty good value "Ordered x6 - one of them had it's little lume dots float away inside the compass needle housing but it still works! Overall these compass are good value and they handle night nav fairly well too. Could do with some grippy feet on the baseplate but if they had that, they wouldn't be £12 or so.
