Kudos to Customer Service "Quite a journey to take receipt of the bag, which I’m very pleased with and recommend. Issues came with the conveyance (views of Royal Mail’s Parcel Force are at an all time low). Slight issue with first bag delivered (missing wheel), but have to say, as customer care and follow up goes, Lifeventure excelled. Under Chris, customer care fully owned the issues encountered and remedied swiftly. Ultimately, the product is great - durable and decent amount of storage. Quality "Not used yet, very impressed with the quality of the construction, i think it is extremely rugged and able to take the knocks of travel it’s also a generous size able to carry loads of stuff, the only slight downside is the weight but I guess that this is a trade off of its heavy duty construction" — John M.
