Equipment

You will be required to bring your own head torch and suitable outdoor clothing (including wet weather clothing and footwear) for the outdoor series. All other equipment will be provided.

First aid kits

Lifesystems first aid kits are used throughout the Surviving Adventure course.

 

The Lifesystems design team have worked closely with Prometheus to optimise the interior layout of all of our first aid kits. The benefit of working with senior expedition medics is that in an emergency in a remote environment, they understand what really works and what doesn’t, and what you need to get hold of quickly and what you don’t.

 

Because of the extra training you receive on the course, you will also have the opportunity to purchase an advanced medical pack containing items that you will have been training with.
